Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as CycleAddons is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Please do not return any product without first receiving return authorization and instructions from our support team.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they are processed and shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Delayed Deliveries

Lost Orders

If a shipment is confirmed lost during transit, CycleAddons may provide a replacement or refund after completing the carrier investigation process.

If tracking shows the package as delivered, additional documentation may be required before a claim can be reviewed.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

Returns and refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:
