- Standard Shipping: If your order has not been delivered within 60 days from the date of dispatch, you may request a refund or a replacement.
- Special Cases: For certain countries and shipping methods, different time frames may apply.
Note: If your order is held at the local post office due to address issues or other reasons, please contact your local post office directly to arrange delivery.
Orders Not Received
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please provide a non-delivery certificate from your local post office with an official seal. We will work with you to resolve the issue:
- Tracking Alerts: If tracking information shows an alert (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed package), please address the issue promptly. In such cases, the package may be returned to our warehouse, and we will hold it in your private inventory.
Products Damaged
We take great care to ensure that your products arrive in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged, we offer the following solutions:
- Severely Damaged Products: We will issue a full refund or send a replacement.
- Partially Damaged Products: We may issue a partial refund or offer a replacement, depending on the extent of the damage.
Note: For minor issues like small scratches or slightly wrinkled packaging, a refund may not be applicable.

Returns
